The Norstar Compact ICS provides:

External Call Forwarding allows employees to forward calls outside your communications system on a set-by-set basis, increasing the potential for every call to be answered and turning out of office time into productive time.
Integrated Voice and Data Support –Shared ISDN access between voice and data allows you to take advantage of business-enhancing tools like IP videoconferencing –without the additional expense of dedicated lines.
Computer Telephony Integration – Incoming calls from customers supply account information directly to the computer screen of the employee receiving the call. Your employees spend less time hunting for information and more time providing good customer service.
Direct Inward System Access (DISA) allows your employees to use system features, dial internal sets directly, and access cost-saving outgoing lines, from outside your communications network.

Norstar Flash ACD - A small business' Voicemail

Fully integrated with your Norstar telephone system, the Norstar Flash ACD can help you create a small order desk, reservations office, customer service department or technical support center, as well as handling your voicemail. Callers can select to leave a message in a general voice mailbox or wait in queue for the next available employee, while listening to digital voice announcements promoting your products or services. In addition, your agents can log in from any Norstar station without dedicating the station to the ACD. In effect, the Flash ACD system can be programmed from any password-protected Norstar station with a 2-line display.

Specifications
Norstar Flash ACD allows you to field up to 10 active agents and 2 assigned groups with as many as 15 assigned lines.
